- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time of order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day of the order is placed.
- Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details from us.
Shipping Duration
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery: Available for the selected locations only with delivery within 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: We currently ship only within India, but we are working on expanding it soon.
- Remote Areas: Some areas may require some additional delivery time due to logistical constraints.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you can track it on our website using your tracking details.
- If you do not get your tracking details within 48 hours, then kindly contact our customer support team.
Possible Shipping Details
While we ensure timely delivery of all the orders, some factors like weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances might cause some delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve any issues on time.
Return & Replacement Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and aim to achieve customer satisfaction. However, if by any chance you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free and easy return and replacement policy.

We accept return and replacement requests under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you get a product different from what you ordered.
- Expired Product Delivered: Any product past its expiration date.
- Missing Items: If your order is not complete and is missing one or more products.
- Damaged Product Delivered: If the packaging or the product inside is tampered with, defective, or broken.
Return & Replacement Request Timeline
- For wrong or expired products: The Request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged or missing products: The Request should be made within 2 days of product’s delivery.
Beyond this timeline, requests may not be considered due to quality control reasons.
Steps to Initiate a Return or Replacement
Submit a request
- Contact our customer support through email, phone or chat with your order details.
- Attach clear images of the product(s) showing the issue clearly for a faster solution.
Review & Approval
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with further instructions.
Product Pickup
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner within 507 business days.
- If pickup is not available in your location, you can self-ship the products to us and we will reimburse reasonable courier charges.
Quality Check & Resolution
- Once received, the products will undergo proper quality verification.
- If you the eligible, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be processed.
Returns & Replacement Requests WILL NOT be accepted if:
- The product is used, altered, or opened.
- The original packaging ot the box, labels, etc, is missing.
- The product is returned in a condition different from what was claimed.
Order Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel an Order?
- You can cancel your order by going to the ‘My Account’ section and clicking on ‘Cancel’ before it is marked ‘Ready to Ship.’
- If the order is already shipped then it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after its delivery.
Company-initiated Cancellations
Aasveda reserves the right to cancel any order under certain situations:
- If the product is out of stock or unavailable.
- If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.
- If there are some issues with shipping to your location.
- If there are technical pricing errors.
In such cases, customers will be notified and any prepaid payments will be refunded.

- Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment methods within 7 business days.
- Cash on delivery orders ( COD ): Customers need to provide bank account information for a refund.
- Returns: Refunds will be initiated after products pass the quality check ( which might take up to 2 weeks to pick up).
Refund Policy for Different Situations
- Cancelled Orders ( Before Shipment ) – A full refund will be done within 7 business days.
- Returned Products ( After Delivery ) – Refund will be done if the order cannot be delivered to your place and is returned to us.

- Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You have to cancel the order ( If eligible ) and place a new one.
- What happens if I get an incorrect product?
We sincerely apologize for any errors in your order. Kindly raise a return request within 7 days and we will replace it at no additional charges.

You will get an email or SMS confirmation once your refund is processed. It may take 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

No, if you have ordered multiple products from us, then you can return only the eligible items while keeping the rest.
