Sometimes the most meaningful journeys start with heartache and pain. Ours started with something as personal as losing hair – but it was never just about hair. It was about confidence, identity, and hope slipping away with every strand of hair that fell.

After the dosage of COVID-19 vaccines, our founder watched helplessly as his family faced an unexpected struggle. His mother, father, and he began losing hair. What started as a few extra strands on the pillow in no time turned into a nightmare, clumps of hair were found in the shower, thinning patches became visible and they feared looking in the mirror. His mother, who had always taken pride in her long, thick hair, felt defeated and hopeless. She tried everything from hair oils to medicated shampoos, but nothing actually worked. She would sit in front of the mirror, running her fingers through her thinning hair, eyes filled with no hope. Our founder then thought, what can we do to control this? What does everyone experiencing hair loss need? Not just another product, but real hope.

Dedicated to finding a solution, he researched, explored ancient ayurvedic wisdom, and found some powerful ingredients that genuinely help in hairfall and hair thinning. He carefully sourced those ingredients and asked his uncle to create a special sample blend. This is how they made the first few samples.

Then something unbelievable happened. His mother used those samples, sceptical at first but hopeful. Days turned into weeks, and slowly the excessive hair fall reduced. Her hair felt stronger. For the first time in months, she looked in the mirror and smiled. The same results were seen by his other family members and himself. This is how the founder decided to create a brand that provides your natural ayurvedic blends to bring back your confidence and hope.

One day, founder’s mother spoke to her close friend about her hair struggle, her friend sighed and said “Itna zyada hair loss ho raha hai ki ab toh mujhe koi aas he nahi hai ke mere baal kabhi wapas ayenge.” ( I am having so much hairfall that I have lost all hope of getting my hair back). That moment stuck something deep in the founder’s heart. The word Aas, meaning hope, echoed in his mind. And this is how he named the brand Aasveda, combining Aas and Veda from Ayurveda.
